He hasn't been seen before 'cause he isn't in the Mario series. Since there is no deejay in the games, I decided to come up with one. He debuted in my very first fanfiction, "A Mario Birthday Party" on Fanfiction.net which was published on the site on 16th February 2005 and he was requested to come to Peach's Castle to help the princess with setting up a disco to celebrate her birthday. To create him, I was inspired from the DJs that appeared in the music video of "Discoland" by Flip & Fill and the Toads in Paper Mario. I assumed that disc jockeys are normally cool so I chosen to have my own character dress very trendy and speak in hip-hop slang. He then returned in the sequel, "A Mario Birthday Party: Another Birthday Bash!" (I haven't done the other future chapters yet, he'll show up in one of them later), and appeared for the third time in "Disturbia". In 2009, he kinda travels back in time to 2005 with "Evacuate The Dancefloor" but in the revamped version of "A Mario Birthday Party", there are a lot of changes to the original storyline.
