Sport on the Court

We practise at the Royal Tennis Academy,
It’s usually the best place to be,
Together we’re known as Max and Tina,
As we get strong, our enemies get meaner,
Intense matches were at the tennis court,
Sometimes, it can be a tough sport,
If we try harder, we’ll be at the top of any class,
And beat adversaries such as Sass,
Captain of the school is Elroy,
He’s an ace player and obviously a boy,
Every student wants to be the best,
At moments like this, there’s no time to rest,
Winning a trophy was our ambition,
It wasn’t easy being prepared for the Island Open competition,
But in the end, it was worth it,
The journey was long and difficult, we admit,
Power Shots, skill, luck and endurance were the key to victory,
Stadiums were always awesome to see,
The venues were far away from home,
One of the amazing places we’ve played at is Peach Dome,
In matches, it’s now or never,
Memories of emerging victorious will last forever,
Everybody is giving their all,
Keeping their eyes on the ball,
We’ve achieved our dream,
Because we’re a champion team,
Tennis can be a competitive game,
Daily phrase is no pain, no gain.
